NOTE: If you are unable to login, and the password reset options do not help you; please contact us so that we can help you retrieve your account credentials. Be prepared to prove your identity.
After successfully logging in you will see your account overview. From here you can update or cancel subscriptions and view invoices. From the payment history tab you can download purchases and retrieve license keys as well as manage active licenses. From the edit profile tab you can change your email address, billing address, display name, etc.
The following are several FAQ we get about account management and detailed instructions to answer those questions. Click on the question to expand the tutorial.
How do I update my Billing Credit Card?
From the Manage Subscriptions tab look to see if the subscription you’re concerned about is still active. If you failed to update your billing credit card before the subscription renewed it may have expired and your only option is to re-purchase the subscription.
If your subscription is still active, click on the link Update Payment Method. From here you can provide new billing credit card information and billing address information. You will not be able to view your previous card information for security reasons.
NOTE: updating the billing information for any active subscription updates your billing information for all other subscriptions. If you want separate billing for some subscriptions you will need to create a separate account for each.
How do I Cancel my Subscription?
From the Manage Subscriptions tab look to see if the subscription you’re concerned about is still active. If your subscription shows expired than no further action is needed.
If the subscription(s) is active click on the link cancel next to each subscription you want to cancel and follow the instructions.
If your subscription already renewed and you did not intent to renew, you must contact us directly if you wish to request a refund. Please bear in mind that we refund payments according to our Fair Use Refund Policy.
How do I Download My Products?
From the account dashboard click on the Payment History tab then click on the link View Details and Downloads next to the most recent purchase. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see links to the various download zip files as illustrated below.
Note: if you are attempting to download products for an old purchase you may be prevented with a message stating that you need an active subscription. Your best option is to purchase the product again (renew your subscription) so that you can use the most updated version. If that is not a valid option please contact us about your situation.
How do I View my Licence Keys?
From the account dashboard click on the Payment History tab then click on the link View Details and Downloads next to the most recent purchase. After the payment details you will see your products and the respective licence keys next to them as illustrated below. Copy and paste these license keys into your WPforChurch Sidekick plugin to keep your plugins up-to-date.
How do I Change Which Sites I Use my Licenses For?
Every time you activate a plugin using a license, the URL for that site is logged on your WPforChurch account licence manager. You can use each plugin on a maximum of websites (based on your purchase tier–the base tier is three websites).
If you have already maxed out your licence activations you can reassign your licenses by deactivating a license for a site you no longer use. Once you have deactivated a site you will have an extra license activation available.
To deactive a licence click on the Payment History tab from the account dashboard and then click on View Licenses next to the appropriate purchase. The resulting screen will list the products in that purchase and how many licenses have been activated (see example below).
In the example above, let’s say you wanted to deactivate the one site that is using the Church Pack Pro plugin. If you click on the link to Manage Sites for that product the following screen will load and show you the URL for that one site.
Simply click Deactivate Site next to the URL and that license will be free to use on another site.
